While I disagree with some things from the top down messaging and positioning of who our company is as a brand, I personally am fulfilled in my work 80% of the time when solving customer problems, I enjoy the primary function of my work.

Reaching out personally to make remote workers feel more welcome

Answering challenging customer questions and helping ignite light bulb moments for them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, though sometimes I do not use and value this as I should
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Consistent messaging > i.e. we are publicly staying with the SMB space, but also internally working on upmarket features more than ever and pushing for more upmarket customers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on solving for the customer, when actively done is really cool to see. I want to be involved in delighting others, not just serving a corporate monetary goal.
