Amazing - I've learned so much and feel there's so much more to learn. I get to work with truly caring and smart people all day. There are stresses (as in any job) but I feel supported to get through them.

Amazing career growth. Very fast paced in certain places and slow in pockets. We're experiencing a lot of growing pains as teams double in size in short periods of time and so many new people come on at once. People are amazing!

Salaries are under market value. This is not a dealbreaker for me at this time because the benefits, flexibility, growth opportunities, and people are so amazing
