HubSpot was a career change for me. I came from restaurants and honestly the toxic culture and work ethic of food service had me PTSD'd with HubSpot but within 6 months I feel like I am broken of the worst fears when it comes to work. This is legit the best job I have ever had!

I love helping others. I love seeing the issues that my co-workers are running into and love helping them and get them back to their happy place.

They leadership team strives to connect with the individual. It truly seems like they care and want us to succeed and be happy in more than just work but life as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They told us we were picked specifically and as time goes on it seems to be the truth. Everyone here is so amazing and I have yet to meet a bad one in the bunch.
