Generally it's been very positive and I'm happy! Things can be incredibly stressful with the pace, demands of work and other parts that come with the job, but I genuinely don't think I can find something better for my role for a long time

My direct team is always collaborative, helpful and willing to jump on to give advice
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always thinking of helping employees to be better, and they think about the customer
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my own stakeholders and customers, when they get fulfilment/learn something or eventually become successful in their goals, it's very rewarding. Also, payday!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiters were incredibly quick, bothered to give feedback and wrap up conversations with me. I'm so used to being left without any updates
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid according to how much I work and the results I bring, not because of my experience or age (something I face if I were to apply anywhere else)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are generally open to feedback, and most importantly, most are not malicious (I believe it's because there's enough rewards, compensation and benefits to go around so folks aren't at each other's throats for basic needs).
