I have worked for some of the largest companies in the world and this has truly been a pleasure working here. I can not stress that enough, the boots on ground guys are awesome and always giving 100 percent. It's the middle management guys that micromanage positions until the employee just gives up.

The benefits are amazing. I truly have no complaints about the benefits package offered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very cohesive in how we do our jobs, and there is a lot of discussion between the groups to solve issues.
What makes you most happy at work?
The variation. There is so much to do and learn and assist with. It is exciting to know i could be doing anything, From R and D work ups and testing to Installations or just walking a customer through their issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is paced off the person and their abilities to operate in those environments. I appreciate the level of trust and confidence my supervisor has in me to accomplish the job required, while also condemning me when i make a mistake and ensuring i learn from them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This depends on the level of executive team you are talking about. If you mean my direct supervisor they are awesome. IF you mean the director above him, then no, they micromanage way too much and to not have the faith in their employees. Its demeaning and restricts our ability to do our job.
