I work here 1 year and this time i was put aside during three months. worked in the team i like for 5 months and push back to a team i already said wasn't my expectation but it wasn't take as consideration to leave me where i was satisfied

it is difficult to say once i work remotely and i can't see the real environment of the company

care about the job done refered to a an individual in order to put this person where he/she really fits and try to work together in order to find a real path to scale up each employee career
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do no earn any participation in the profits of the company annually and the remote perk of R$110 for Brazilians employees is no enough to pay any bill related with remote job like internet bill or energy bills and those that are related with remote jobs bills
