Originally a TP hire, I value my role for the people, international environment, and work/life balance. However, the merger has caused constant change and uncertainty, leading talent outflow, especially at higher levels. I also note an imbalance in employee benefits (meal vouchers Italy)

I like working internationally, i really value my team and I am extremely happy about the relationship that I managed to build with my internal stakeholders and about the results that we managed to reach together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They are huge discrepancies between salaries and benefits in different countries. In Italy, for example we are still waiting to have basic benefits for the country (provider by ALL EMPLOYERS in the state) like meal vouchers, which are also tax free for the company till 8 euro per day.
