Working at Trimble has been the most positive experience I've had in over 5 years, and I've worked at a lot of different places throughout my career. I feel valued, seen, heard, and a true part of a team where I want to do a great job for those I work with and for the company I work for.

They are optimistic, considerate, kind and caring, and empower me to suggest or try new things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Kindness and respect, and I feel like I work in a corporate, established organization but with a start-up feel.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm valued, I am needed and can help others to be happy in the work place, and people are always thanking me, which is overwhelming as I've never experienced that like at Trimble.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, I only feel compensation could be higher for the role that I play as there are a lot of different areas of responsibility that are critical to maintaining the office. I also would prefer to be exempt status.
