I believe I have the BEST job. I am thankful for my job, love coming to work everyday, and am grateful for the team I work with. Everyone is motivated, loves the company and is willing to help. I would love the opportunity to be brought on full time, but believe this is a kink Trimble may get over.

The HR team is all so friendly, reliable, willing to help, and transparent. We work well together and are all a team!
What makes you most happy at work?
I absolutely LOVE MY JOB! I love what I do and am thankful to have been offered a contract role within Trimble. I can never see myself leaving due to the team and management
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a contract employee - I wish there were better guidelines for getting employees hired on as full time employees. I think I would have more benefits if I were a FTE. I have benefits now which are great, but no PTO or stock investments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very transparent. She is always willing to help me succeed and works with me to get me where I need to be. I appreciate the one on one time I get from my manager and believe she cares about me personally and within my career
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The management and flexibility is the BEST! The management team knows how to treat their employees. They care personally and care about growth professionally. The flexibility is perfect and shows that the company cares about personal lives just as much as professional lives. Everyone is motivated!
