I like that we can cover for each other and we understand that life happens to the best of us. There is no animosity towards each other if days are missed or schedules need to be changed around

It comes back to the management culture that needs to be more transparent rather that nepotism practice.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Relaxed expectations of a typical 9-5 job, as long as the mission gets completed we don't have anybody breathing down our necks or pushing the boundaries

The current operational management team.

How comfortable the enivornment was. My manager seemed geniunely interested in my answers and I did not feel rushed through the process

The relaxation of the enivorment and the ability to carry on conversations and get ideas from everyone around me

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Change the Excom ^ some of the HODs. Need to bring in new blood into the company that are more interested in bringing new ideas & work concepts rather than having old managers from the baby boomers generation that are more focused in solidifying the political position within the company.
