What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like most of what leadership is doing. I sometimes find that the SLT can feel a little disconnected from the ICs. I would like more skip level meetings to help have our voices heard without having to go through management.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free healthcare and nearly full funding for HSAs are huge. The pay is good and the RSUs and ESPP are great.

I love the SIDD days. This is one of the reasons I signed with Elastic as this makes such a huge difference to my work/life balance as well as productivity. After a SIDD weekend, i'm refreshed to tackle the next week.

Elastic cares and the rainbow stack show me that the company is trying to be more than just superficially supportive.
