Integrating all business units. One unit knows more about certain areas like finance and another knows nothing. Communication is poor.

Communication to the floor staff in manufacturing is vital. And there needs to be more money spent on actually fixing the machines. High turn over due to lack of training, no support, and bad performing machines that staff are blamed for when all the company does is bandage the problems.

Staff not properly trained. Managers do nothing to assist training, they only care about numbers and money. Stop micromanaging the floor personnel. Build a culture of effective leadership!

Time lag between knowing and not knowing if moving on or up in the process. My former super also conducted my initial interview for 3 hours unnecessarily. Well past dinner hour to point where my stomach was grumbling embarrassingly.

Actually look at the resumes staff provide for you. Make it to interviews on time. Know what you are talking about during an interview. Do not interview someone and start with, you are not qualified but we're interviewing you anyway. That is rude!

Worst company I have ever worked for. Staff are treated like garbage, and managers have no clue how machines work. Make your managers run the machines, make them experience the day to day on the floor to understand what needs to be improved.
