What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is technically smart, but a people person. He seeks input from the entire team, but is able to be decisive.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great health care benefits. 401(k) match. A defined benefit pension ()phased out for younger employees). Stock grants. And a profit sharing plan of 7% nominal compensation.

The insurance premiums are low and the bonus is very nice.

The health insurance is expensive and I don't have any choice in what I use. Massive deductibles and poor support from the benefits team

Problem solving. Constantly improving the server/storage/network environment for the data center and manufacturing environments.
