What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team sits at a table together and works. I really enjoy this collaborative atmosphere. It makes the culture a lot of fun.

I work in a remote office, and while I feel a bit disconnected from the most senior leadership -- an inevitability, my more direct leaders are amazingly present and have done an excellent job of inclusion in an international organization.

I enjoyed the day they brought me in for an on site interview. I had a chance to meet a lot of the folks on the team.

It *has* improved. The past culture was focused on waaaaay over-interviewing. We now do three rounds, and that seems much better.
