Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a back-end associate (operations, administrative) vs. our normal sales force I feel like there is not enough of a place to grow or to be equally compensated for the importance that we provide. In comparison to the average market for my role responsibilities, I am marginally underpaid.

I think in Mexico the benefits are not enough. Not to compare, but i have noticed in other countries there are several compensations using My Moments and here in Mexico, we only have a couple of activities to earn points. Moreover, ADP could give educational benefits for the associates' children

It is the culture overall. I hear it daily from associates new and older. I also personally can see it in all the events that I host and attend.
