They are Human. It comes across in their communications and interactions with them. They are open and transparent and share honestly and with integrity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team orientated. People know what the strategy and goals are and are engaged in making that happen. But also, people are human and care about each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Restricted stock options are great. Bonus is good but not as good as other tech companies. Vacation is lacking severely compared to other tech companies. Two weeks as a standard is not competitive. Having to use a day for the day after Thanksgiving is poor.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart, trustworthy, authentic. Integrity is everything. They are human. Not afraid to share feelings and why decisions are made or why we have the strategy we have. They seem to really walk the walk. They are always future visioned but tie it back to what is happening now.
