ADP is changing and really focusing on ensuring employees are happy and well cared for. It wasn't always like this.

Knowing that I'm part of a world class organization. I spent a few years away from ADP and I saw the difference immediately, so I made it a goal to return to ADP.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone gets along and works well together. They pitch in and help whether you have a question or a very challenging scenario. I would say this has greatly improved compared to previous years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem open and honest about current initiatives, projects and where the company is headed. They also are acting on feedback provided during surveys and ask the team for suggestions on how to continue to improve.
