This is my first active sales role in a long time. It was a huge difference between my last experience. No cut throat every day, and people are always willing to help. Nice change.

We're always trying to do a lot for the communities we're in. That's why I started.

Knowing that there's a ton of opportunity for advancement, and financially the sky is the limit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not that I feel undervalued, just underpaid. Need higher base salary. Insurance is mediocre/average at best.

Needs to be higher. Insurance is just OK. Doesn't cover a lot, and deductible is high.

Everyone gets along, and I've gotten free lunch at least once a week since I've started here.

Positive enforcement, instead of just getting yelled at every day like every other sales position I've had

They're all super nice, and seem to be very caring. Plus, they buy us lunch which ALWAYS makes me happy.

We are always there for each other, and we have a lot of fun doing events together, whether in or out of the office.

Very understanding and honestly seem interested in me and my well being. It's a huge change from my old job where I felt like a number. That was confirmed when I left.

The company is very active in things that a company should care about, and making sure everyone is included. I'm sure there are politics, because there always are, but the company isn't super vocal about their views, which is nice for once.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a couple friends who work at other sales companies, making way more than me. For the #1 payroll company in the world, I feel like we should be getting more. It's not that I feel undervalued, I still love my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way everyone gets along. I came from a company where it was just toxic all the time. Everyone was always depressed, and management didn't care as long as the work was done. It's a nice change to hear that I'm doing well, and care about my successes.
