I do enjoy working here. The work /life balance gets thrown off during year end which is too be expected but I wish there was more we can do to alleviate the stress or bring back some of the ideas for the past that helped during year end

The GM at my office creates a great environment, it is very welcoming and makes you want to come in every day

With my tenure, the amount of work that it is expected of me due to a small team, work/life balance is not accesible
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has worked together for years in some shape or form due to prior roles so everyone already knows each other. The newer people on the team get along as well and it is a great dynamic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work I do and the longevity that I have, it is frustrating at times. I have a combined role that is normally two separate positions but based on the structure of the BU I am in, I take on both roles
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The sense of community. You are able to build relationships within departments other than your own. Our GM is always in the lobby in the morning to greet us as we come in and the energy he brings sets the tone for the day. It's great!
