Poor. This is not a good job and not a good company to work for. The benefits are outstanding and unique. Leardership is poor and lack of ability to learn is a significant issue.
they are so collaborative & helpful
Coworkers willing to help and friendly
Challenges, é being involved in diff
Team split recently; under construction
I like the integrity of my manager & her ethical attitude
in fact my job position doesn't allow to me to involve the entire of my potential
tolerance & inclusion paying attention people are the heart of each actions taken
Other opportunities for projects and leaders learning about what I think my strengths/skills are and how I could use those to benefit the org.
Lots of sales issues.Ct receive too much sales marketing & they hate it. ADP leaders aren't open to learning. There's a reason or excuse for every suggestion. This is pervasive.I've experience this in interactions with multiple different departments and at multiple different leadership levels.
Unsure what leadership team this refers to. I know very little about them; limited interactions. I like Andrea Bereal, she's been to Tempe many times & talks directly to front line workers. Joe Abbey is as real and authentic as they come. Loved meeting Lacy a few months back
