I love working on a task to complete resolution, that makes me feel accomplished. I also love that I have many opportunities to learn new topics and increase my expertise.

Leadership takes time to listen to concerns from the front lines, compile those, and find ways to improve. Its wonderful to have leadership take our feedback and turn it into better results.
