My team consistently has each other's backs. We recognize each other where our leadership team has failed to.
What makes you most happy at work?
flexibility to work from home when needed has allowed me to visit family and travel like never before. I am the happiest when I can work from new places
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have consistently gone above and beyond in my role but see little room for advancement. Highly sought after roles have been given to associates applying for other roles without reqs being posted, making it seem like the only way to get promoted is to try and leave the business unit.
