I love ADP but I just do not think ADP is keeping up with the change in the economy or time in general

That there is always someone there and ready to help
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just do not feel valued at all or respected. Kind of like a little mouse on a wheel.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I recently went through the hiring process for another department. It was a job I really wanted but I was offered such a low pay rate. With inflation and the economy... I thought ADP cared more but I was seriously wrong. So I am looking elsewhere for a long term career.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am a very go with the flow kind of person but it seems like over the past few months my department leaders do not know what they are doing. I get told to do one thing. Then when I do it, I get told I did it wrong and to do it another way. It is very frustrating when I am trying to stay compliant.
