Their complete willingness to help at all times and they show that they care about us as a team to ensure we have the perfect work life balance as well as the required support needed to do our job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the work that is done for the clients on a daily basis from the audits to the steps it takes to process a payroll alot of work is put into it on an employee level and the amount of pay is not equal to the amount of work that is performed
