Thus far it has been a great experience, there are so many different options out there for associates who want a change and leadership is top notch. Only negative feedback I would have is as a associate who has been with the company for 5+ years I wish compensation was better.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the product I work with, I really feel I am presenting something that is truly helping our clients. That feeling of helping someone makes me happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager has really taken the time to get to know me, my goals at work and my goals and whys outside of work, She is also very approachable, I feel like I could come to her for anything.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my team is always willing to help and share their knowledge. My team is spread all across the country and I feel just as connected to them as I would if we were all located together. They really are a special group and I am grateful for them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the flexibility to work from home, as a working mom that is what kept me here when I had my son. I am glad to see all associates now have this flexibility with the new hybrid model. Also the people, I love my coworkers and BU leadership team. They really care about us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish our compensation was more competitive and more was offered to award tenured associates. It is tough to see people leave to a competitor for the same role and it be 20k more a year. This is the one area I feel our company lacks, pay needs to be more competitive and better match the industry.
