It's been pretty good. I have to say our CEO has been wonderful to the employees during the pandemic.

I love my job I just wish the merits were higher to adjust to the rising costs and inflation.

Ugh it just surprises me what people get away with.

I just love what I am doing and am proud of working for ADP.

It was really nice to gain Juneteenth as a holiday without taking another one away.

The communication is good. I like to hear about the human, personal side of the leadership team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my long time loyalty hurts my compensation it isn't in line with what I would be paid coming in today.

The people are for the most part great. There are a few sour grapes who sometimes make it hard to interact and be around.

I like that everybody counts and is valued to an extent. The reality is if you don't speak up with what you are working on people will continue to pile on more work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like there isn't a balance some people like me are overloaded with work and others have hardly anything to do. I don't mind working but show me my value and compensate me for what I am doing,
