I love my team and boss. These are the only reason why I have been with the company as long as I have.

ADP is a very diverse company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along great and have each others back. We all care about the product and will help each other whenever asked.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People who stay and gain experience over the years are not given pay increases to meet with the cost of living. People who go from job to job end up making more money and have less experience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think asking people to come back into the office after being home for two years is wrong. It would have been nice to have a choice or better hybrid model. We were told for two years that WFH was working GREAT and then told we had to go back into the office because WFH wasn't as productive.
