The way they care about their team members and how they work towards making their lives easier :)

I am not sure how competitive it is but if it does get better, i'd be happy :)
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very supportive team, when in need, everyone jumps to process payrolls, balance accounts, in general HELP each other our! At the same, they dont shy away from cracking jokes from time to time :)
