I am a proud ADP'er and I've become one of those annoying people who loves their job. (TMBC)

I truly feel that our leaders care.

The transparency and authenticity they display

Seeing others (clients and colleagues) have ah-ha moments

My team does a great job of recognizing each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO. Friends who work at other organizations do not have PTO like I do.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can provide something to a client they didn't even know they needed or wanted.

Transparency and I feel truly cared for by all levels of leadership- including our CEO Carlos Rodriguez.

My teammates have my back and I trust them. We lift each other up and share our wins.

I feel truly cared about. We are encouraged to use PTO and to volunteer and give back to the community.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is hard to answer. Since I have to chose "the best" I'll have to go with medical benefits, but PTO is way up there too.
