I have been here for a couple of months, I come with extensive business experience, I think it might be a bit difficult to use that knowledge in ADP; at least for some time.

The company has many good things but I am surprised at the pay for non management positions.

We are a very close team and look after each other.

Always asking for our opinion and making sure that we feel valued.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to grow, I also would enjoy meeting the team members that work from home in other states.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe salary compensation is low, and growing in the company is not so easy as you are required to stay in a position for 1.5 years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing seems to be that the leadership seems interested in what the associates as a whole have to say. I am not so sure if changes are implemented based on what the associates think.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the cost of living going up in the area and everywhere as a whole, it is a bit difficult to make ends meet with the pay. The rate does not reflect the cost of living in Orlando.
