Bonuses - and the fact that leadership has extended them to associates who traditionally have not received them in the past.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In recent years, they've really made an effort to communicate in more personal ways - so that we could hear their voices personally, literally & figuratively. Leadership was solid & supportive through the pandemic.
