I really enjoy working for a company who gives back to so many different organizations.

I am enjoying coming to work and learning all the aspects of what my job will entail.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being the newest member of my team I have been welcomed. Everyone is always willing to help me when needed.

Being able to interact with co workers, even if its just seeing them for 30 min at lunch. Learning the aspects of the job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am thankful that I was able to role my 401k from previous employer into ADP and having access to see the progression of my savings is nice .
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have never worked for a company who gives a health savings card to their employees and puts money on there just for being employed. This card is helpful with pay for my prescriptions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am new to ADP and just finished my 90 days. I really like the use of standout and how my manager goes in to my standout report and comments on my progress. It gives me confidence in knowing that he will be there to help me become successful in my role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team that I was on has been separated into other teams and I was a bit apprehensive about switching teams so quickly since I had just started and I was pleasantly surprised that my new team has been so welcoming and my 1st team still is in contact with me as well to give support.
