I started my journey at ADP working three evenings a week. I was able to go back to school and still work part time while taking care of my family. ADP has been a wonderful experience for me and I am proud to say that!

I have been at ADP for a long time. It has been a great place to work while raising my family. I am doing what I love.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how ADP is inclusive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping our clients and hopefully teaching them something they did not know.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel they are transparent. I also think they value their employees.

I love problem solving and helping our clients and associates. Teaching something new.

My team has my back. I know I can count of them for help when needed.

I feel they are very transparent in letting their employees know what is going on with the business.

I am remote so I often feel the disconnect. I do love the diversity our company has.

My team is always ready to help. They are concerned, not only for me but for our clients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It took a long time, but I am finally at a point where I not only feel I get paid well, I am a part of the bonus plan.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel i am paid fairly. I feel benefits could be better with the large company that we are. PERK? not so much. Would be nice to get a sweatshirt or something of significant now and then.
