ADP is a good company to work for with lots of smart/capable people. The challenge is that there is a lot of entrenched history of this is how we do it, so it's difficult when you want to change to actually be the change. Additionally, if you are in technology it's just tough to be a female leader.

They show they care about associates and our experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at ADP are very talented, smart and are trying to do the right thing. My coworkers are the best part of the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the men in the same role I know I'm not being paid any where near what they're paid and I have more responsibility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is trying to do the right thing and drive product-led technology advancement even if the direction from Leadership and Dev Leaders is all over the place.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many meetings. Too many meetings to prep for other meetings. Too many changes in direction, strategy/vision depends on which way the wind is blowing that day.
