The culture! My team is my family. We enjoy working together, having each others back, working hard together and having fun in the process!

I enjoy working with our clients and making them happy but what really seals the deal for me are the people I work with.

I love the different benefits ADP has to help their employees from health, Legal support, ADP cares (for associates in disasters/crisis), child care support and more!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the energy. You can feel it as soon as you walk in the door. People are always smiling and there is a strong bond and connection that we have working together. Great people, great culture!
