Overall, ADP has been a great opportunity to learn more about the field, the possibilities to grow within the organization and this sector seem quite positive. The most important is to have a great manager. Justin Scaduto is amazing!

Knowing my client are in good hands; knowing my team has my back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so awesome. Everyone helps out, we all work together well and try to make sure that we have each other's back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they make sure that we feel comfortable in coming to them with idea, concerns, etc. I also like that they actually listen and provide resolutions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since I have been here, my experience has been that it's agile and active change agent especially with the new system. Everyone has been helpful and we have fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not undervalued but other companies have better benefits like company paid health care, better working remote opportunities as well unlimited PTO. I think it will be an easier playing field if those options were considered.
