Extremely smart, but also down to earth. Not afraid to show their human side!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is smart, dedicated, hard-working, and supportive. We can have fun together even though we are spread out across the U.S.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've specifically noticed that during the pandemic, there have been so many opportunities to sign up for wellness webinars and things that are important but not necessarily related to work. This is why I feel ADP truly embodies the mantra of bringing your "whole self" to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that ADP has done a tremendous job to keep it's talent. Getting a Win as One bonus is so awesome and makes me feel like I truly am part of the overall success of our company. Retention bonuses are new and such a nice way of ADP to say thank you!
