We never have to look - we KNOW we have each others' backs. We have the best leadership - we support each other through good and bad - we trust and respect each other

Transparency - they keep us informed. Humility - they share their strengths and weaknesses. Humanity - they see me as a person, with needs and challenges and with opportunities and contributions. I do not always have to deliver - I am also allowed to receive, which in turn makes me want to give more

Every day is different - every individual is supported and challenged according to the way they approach the role - I do not have to do the job the same as my colleague, I can truly be 'me' in how I achieve the overall objectives of the role. I know it. I've seen it., and it makes all the difference
