I have been privileged to play many roles within just 10 years of being with the company. I have learned so much about myself the more I did within ADP, the more I networked, the more I engaged myself in the BRGs as well. I am so fortunate to serve multiple iWin chapter boards for the last 4 years!!

What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the pride I put into the work that I am doing. I love the challenge and the creativeness to drive change!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can come to work and be our authentic selves and able to share our experiences to drive a high performing team because of it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have built solid trust with each other as well as are able to be transparent so we can maintain a good partnership and drive results TOGETHER!! Support is incredible!!
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am trusted to use my strengths and abilities to contribute to the success of our BU and Business. That I have a great group I get to connect with daily. That it feels like a work family!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that a lot of my successes are not recognized as personal wins for me at times but they are seen as my peers successes via my leader (and they were not involved). This said we are all compensated the same % annually vs pay for performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are very family oriented in our space - we are all from different walks of life and love how our dept shares that with eachother. We also drive a very supportive environment where no teammate is left behind in the dust. We are non stop mentoring one another and sharing knowledge and ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been told many times in the past that I have been regularly at the bottom for salary, its not because of performance, its due to the salary I was brought in with. I am a regular HiPo performer receiving great reviews since I started, but reminded I am still in the bottom tier for compensation
