Some things don't change - I came for the reputation and stayed for the people. Even brought my sister and husband to be part of this great company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are good but sooo expensive.

Associate and Client continued focus - refocus on provided stellar service and considering associates work life balance

We are a family inside and outside. Truly have each others backs and support. Genuine people.

Medical is expensive and not everything is covered. Hard for many associates that are living paycheck to paycheck

We truly care about each other - genuine care along with all having the same client focus and care

Working with a team that cares about each other and have the same end goal. Success for ADP, Associate and Clients.

That I have the ability to do my best each day - knowing my team and leaders care about me as a person as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ADP has an amazing focus on DEI - I have seen the growth in the leadership in 20+ years and what a difference. The diversity in our leadership is representative of our associates.

My leaderships commitment to Associates (Compassion, Care, Advocates) keeps me here 23+ years. It's a game changer knowing your leadership sincerely cares about you while working on continued overall company success. Happy Associates directly equals Happy Clients. It's a full circle.

Having been with ADP over 20 years, the evolution of the culture, diversity and commitment to the environment is amazing to see. Best part about our culture is our humanity and respect for each other. Really seeing each other as family.
