I've had several roles in our division and the key difference between being happy in my job and miserable, is the manager. I've had the bad managers and the fantastic managers. Every person counts and can truly influence those around them.

I have been through ups and downs with this company in my 19 years with ADP. It honestly boiled down to respective managers. People really do make a HUGE difference and overall the current exec team is focused on recruiting and keeping good people.

The flexibility of my schedule and time off options are wonderful.

Our healthcare package is great, but these win as one bonus' are FANTASTIC.

Everyone truly wants to deliver the best option for our clients and we strive toward that goal.

There is a safe place to share concerns when they arise and feel like I'm treated fairly and "heard".

The fact that no day is ever the same and the flexibility to be present in the lives of my family.

I feel heard at work. Whether in my team or other teams, our associates listen to each other and adapt as needed.

I like that the managers in place today genuinely seem to want to know their employees and help us succeed with our goals.

Our team feels cohesive - FINALLY - and everyone seems to want to be at work (even if its not in the physical office).

My direct manager and department director actually care about me as a person and help encourage me as an associate. I truly enjoy knowing they have my back regardless of the challenge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the flexibility of my schedule. ADP offers wondering options regarding time off (float/vacation/sick time) to allow me to be present for my family as well as getting the paycheck needed for day to day things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Tax Credit team is the best. I've been in other departments that don't even come close to cultivating the family environment I have today. I actually enjoy spending time wiht these people - in and out of work.
