I feel that ADP is overall very respected in the industry. However, I feel for associates it is very difficult to be promoted and move within the other divisions of the organization.

Interacting with my clients on their business needs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be as transparent as a leadership team can be.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel that most of my team members are on their own islands and just trying to stay afloat.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel with 25 years of experience I bring to the organization along with my loyalty of 7 years, my peers at other organizations have higher compensation packages and better health care benefits.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
THey need to promote more from within and make it easier for internals to move from one business division to another without the extensive interview process that externals are required to go through.
