I have never worked with so many genuinely good people. People want to help their peers at ADP. I have received support from employees from all over the nation. Also, my managers and mentors are top notch. I have never been so professionally supported by a manager prior to ADP.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, I think a bonus would be appropriate to accommodate change in the nationwide talent market. companies need people and they're paying premiums for them. People sometimes leave jobs they love if they can't support themselves/their family. A bonus for all employees would help.
