14 years.. I love my time at ADP, but have had trouble growing my career and moving into new roles. I love my co workers and do feel challenged everyday.

Flexibility, inclusiveness, and ability to provide input.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They let me ask silly questions that I should know and don't throw vegetables at me :)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The ability to learn from past mistakes is apparent. Job opportunities within the company, promotions.. pay increases.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Taking away the bonus for IC's and putting us in the Win as One bonus structure was a huge deterrent. Most IC's in the industry are making 10 to 13% bonuses.
