There is a great open-door policy where I feel comfortable expressing my needs. The leadership is very receptive to making sure that my personal and career goals are met.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company and departments have a very transparent approach to leading. I love that our senior team started their careers at ADP. There are so many success stories of people who have dedicated themselves and who were rewarded for that.
