We are always ready and willing to help each other work with each other and learn from one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their ability to keep us up to date on anything changing, they connect with me weekly to ensure I dont need anything. They care about our team overall and the work we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that ADP is very inclusive and accepting of everyone. We are allowed to be ourselves and be our true self. Love the culture here and I love the work we do. The environment is great and so are the people
What makes you most happy at work?
I love assisting Alex and I feel that I now have purpose in life. I have wanted to work at ADP since I was 18 years old and I am finally here and I love it and hope to stay for years to come.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I was so eager to get into ADP that I tried to be very conservative with my base pay I wish I would have felt more comfortable asking for what I wanted. I have not seen a raise in over 7 years so the cost of living has sky rocketed and I feel like I did myself a dis-service starting out.
