I feel there is no clear description of what is expected in one role vs. the next level. This is causing uncertainty and frustration if others get promoted but you are not. Clear Job descriptions and expectations would help to avoid this.

My team truly works as a team with all parties involved to get our products out and in the hands of our clients. There is no separation between different teams but a true feeling of #WinAsOne that is helping us achieve our goals together

As a long term employee, I do not have the same compensation as newly joined employees and will have a difficult time to get the increase to match their pay. I do believe that compensation for existing employees should be reviewed and adjusted according to the market and benchmark regularly.
