I enjoy the security ADP has to offer, but progression is not available to everyone and I feel that some statements issued by ADP and BRG's are hypocritical as they state one thing but mean another

It is more relaxed however I think this is taken advantage of at certain times with no repercussions
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to do my actual job and when internal conflictions are resolved head on and productively
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel ADP accept people for who they are and recognition is relied on other associates to raise it
