Have each others back and willing to support in time of my mind. I also feel I can only rely on selected few in my team.
What makes you most happy at work?
After 2 years of WFH it's meeting colleagues and friends again at work. I also feel human connection is vital for any human being and I can definitely do my job better if I meet people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My role is dynamic so I get to experience and work with various teams. I learn new things and that what I love. I am not bored as mostly my job is not monotonous. I love the fact that I get opportunities todo new things.
