I do feel that they care about diversity, opportunities and not letting ADP fall behind the newcomers.

The culture is that of a family. You see that sentiment in our current AND former associates.

Feeling like I have a good reputation, a voice, that I am doing good things, and that people like to work with me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My peers and my direct reports are the most down to earth, enthusiastic people I know. And everyone has everyone else's back--there is a lot of trust there.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like we have a lot of healthcare coverage options, which is very good. We had been on my husband's company healthcare insurance for 18 years and decided this year that ADP's is better.
